Upgrade projects to a new level

A project can be one of four Project Levels. Every new level unlocks better export capabilities, functionality & publish options and always includes all the capabilities of a lower Project Level. Each upgrade costs a certain number of credits. This is a one-time-fee per project. Credits can be purchased with or without a subscription.

Project level 1

Free for casual use, free forever!

When you create a new project with a floorplanner BASIC or PLUS account it will start on Project Level 1. This gives you all the drawing functionality there is and also access to our full library with over 150,000 items and materials.

Your project is limited to 1 floor and the images you can export from this project are in SD Quality only (960 x 540px).

Project level 2

Multiple floors & full HD images

Project Level 2 is the default for professional users. They allow you to create up to 7 floors and each floor can hold up to 10 different designs/variations.

Project Level 2 also unlocks the HD export option that allows you to create 4x sharper images in both 2D as 3D, in full HD Quality (1920 x 1080 pixels) without the floorplanner watermark.

Project level 3

All you need for a great presentation!

Project Level 3 gives you everything you need to present your plans to others. It unlocks the 3D tour export option that allows you to create VR ready 3D walkthroughs of your plans.

This level also unlocks the presentation feature that allows you to create multipage design documents directly from floorplanner.

As well as that you can create a public link for an interactive viewer or spaceplanner of your project that you can embed within your own website (great for real estate listings).

Project level 4

Photorealistic renders for that extra oompf !

Project Level 4 is the best upgrade we have. It gives you all the features of the other project levels but adds a new level of realism to your images.

The photorealistic renders that are unlocked in this level are created with NVIDIA’s Iray technology. These renders take significantly more time for our servers to deliver to your mailbox but they will make your designs shine.

How to get credits

Credits can be purchased with or without a subscription.

Subscription

Each paid floorplanner subscription provides you with a number of credits that you can spend to upgrade your projects to a higher Project Level. There is a subscription to fit every user.

Credits on the go

You can always buy credits at the moment you need them. You will find the purchase option in the dashboard of your floorplanner account under the tab Profile.
